Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 701 First Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 (“Yahoo!”) and Intelius, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 500 108th Avenue NE, 25th Floor, Bellevue, Washington 98004 (“Intelius”). This Agreement is effective as of April 15, 2008 (the “Effective Date”). Yahoo! And Intelius collectively are referred to as the “Parties” and each, individually, as a “Party.”
