This SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 19, 2008, by and between EGS Acquisition Co LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Purchaser”) and AIG Asian Opportunity Fund LP, a limited partnership organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“Shareholder”).
