Germantown Pike, Norristown, PA 19401 and its Affiliate (collectively, “Auxilium”) and BioSpecifics Technologies Corp. a company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware with offices located at 35 Wilbur Street, Lynbrook, New York 11563 and its Affiliates (collectively, “BTC”).
