STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of March 25, 2006, by and among ADVANCED ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES, INC., an Arizona corporation (the “Seller) and SOLON AG für Solartechnik, a German corporation (Aktiengesellschaft) (“Solon”) and I-SOL VENTURES GmbH (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung) (“I-Sol,” and together with Solon, the “Buyers” and each a “Buyer”).
