This CUSTOMER CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of May 31, 2006 (this “AGREEMENT”) is entered into between SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO INC., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Delaware (the “CUSTOMER”), and SPACE SYSTEMS/LORAL, INC. (“SS/L”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Delaware (together with its successors and any other Person that shall become a party hereto as a Lender pursuant to Section 9.04, the “LENDER”).
