This Area Development Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) between U-Swirl International, Inc., a Nevada corporation, located at 1075 American Pacific, Suite C, Henderson, Nevada 89074 (“USI”); and Cook Family Enterprises LLC , a Nevada LLC , located at 19506 N. 41st Ln, Glendale, AZ 85308 (“Developer”).
