THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms hereof and in effect from time to time, this “Agreement”), dated as of October 29, 2021, is among BUNGE LIMITED FINANCE CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time parties to this Agreement (the “Lenders”), and COBANK, ACB, a federally chartered instrumentality of the United States, as administrative agent.
