THIS FOURTH RESTATEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Restatement Agreement”), dated as of September 2, 2021, to the Credit Agreement (as defined below), by and among GLATFELTER CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania corporation (the “Company”), AND CERTAIN OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES IDENTIFIED ON THE SIGNATURE PAGES HERETO AS BORROWERS (each a “Borrower” and collectively, the “Borrowers”), each of the GUARANTORS (as defined under the Credit Agreement), the LENDERS (as defined under the Credit Agreement) party thereto, and PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, in its capacity as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
