This Guaranty (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms hereof and in effect from time to time, this “Guaranty”) is made as of September 6, 2017 by Bunge Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Bermuda (together with any successors or assigns permitted hereunder, “BL” or “Guarantor”) to CoBank, ACB, in its capacity as the administrative agent (together with its successors and assigns, the “Administrative Agent”) under the Credit Agreement dated as of September 6, 2017 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, the “Credit Agreement”), among Bunge Limited Finance Corp., a Delaware corporation (“BLFC”), the Administrative Agent and the financial institutions from time to time party thereto (each a “Lender” and collectively, the “Lenders”), for the benefit of the Lenders. THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms hereof and in effect from time to time, this “Agreement”), dated as of September 6, 2017, is among BUNGE LIMITED FINANCE CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time parties to this Agreement (the “Lenders”), and COBANK, ACB, a federally chartered instrumentality of the United States, as administrative agent.
