This Amendment No. 3 and Joinder to Letter of Credit Facility Agreement (this “Amendment”), dated as of October 25, 2023, is entered into by and among Arch Reinsurance Ltd., an exempted company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of Bermuda and dual licensed as a Class 4 and Class C insurer under the Insurance Act (the “Borrower”), the Lenders party hereto, and Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc, as Administrative Agent for the Lenders and as the L/C Agent.
