THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of August 1986 by and between THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, having statewide administrative offices at 2199 Addison Street, Berkeley, California 94720, hereinafter referred to as "The Regents", and LIPOSOME TECHNOLOGY INC., a corporation having a principal place of business at 1050 Hamilton Court, Menlo Park, California 94025, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee".
