Randall Chappel, subject to substitution as provided in Section 32 (herein referred to as "Trustee") in favor of THE LENDERS LISTED ON SCHEDULE 1 ATTACHED HERETO with addresses (hereinafter referred to as the "Lenders" or collectively, the "Beneficiary").
