This Amended and Restated Unconditional Guaranty (“Guaranty”) is entered into as of June 29, 2011, by GTT GLOBAL TELECOM GOVERNMENTAL SERVICES, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Guarantor”), in favor of Silicon Valley Bank (“Bank”).
