This MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT made as of this 21st day of December, 2022 by and between LORD ABBETT FRHI FUNDING, LLC (the “Subsidiary”), a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of LORD ABBETT FLOATING RATE HIGH INCOME FUND, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Parent Fund”), and LORD, ABBETT & CO. LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Investment Manager”).
