DST Systems, Inc. (“DST”) and Lord Abbett Family of Funds (“Lord Abbett”) hereby agree that, with respect to the Sub-Transfer Agent and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) between DST Systems, Inc. (“DST”) and Lord Abbett Family of Funds (“Lord Abbett”) dated January 1, 2017, as amended, the Agreement is amended as follows, effective April 2, 2020. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Amendment shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Amendment and the Agreement, this Amendment shall control.

LLC (“Lord Abbett”), Lord Abbett Distributor LLC (“Lord Abbett Distributor”), and Lord Abbett Trust I (the “Trust”) with respect to Lord Abbett Short Duration High Yield Fund (the “Fund”).

WHEREAS, this Declaration amends and restates in its entirety the Declaration and Agreement of Trust of Lord Abbett Equity Trust, dated as of May 1, 2001 (as such Declaration and Agreement of Trust has been amended or modified prior to the date hereof), including changing the name of Lord Abbett Equity Trust to Lord Abbett Trust I, and in reliance upon Section 3801(c) of the Act the Trustees are not executing this Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust;
