This Administrative Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of December 12, 2002 by and among each of the investment companies in the Lord Abbett Family of Funds, as set forth on Exhibit 1 hereto, and each new Lord Abbett Fund added as a party to this Agreement pursuant to section 9, (each, a “Fund” or collectively, the “Funds”) and Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lord Abbett”).

This Expense Limitation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of March, 2016 between Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC (“Lord Abbett”) and Lord Abbett Securities Trust (the “Trust”) with respect to Lord Abbett International Core Equity Fund (“International Core Equity Fund”), Lord Abbett International Dividend Income Fund (“International Dividend Income Fund”), and Lord Abbett Growth Leaders Fund (“Growth Leaders Fund”) (each, a “Fund”).

This Schedule A, as may be amended from time to time, is incorporated into that certain Agency Agreement dated April 30, 2010 (as amended March 15, 2011) by and between DST Systems, Inc. and the Lord Abbett Family of Funds. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined in this Schedule A have the meanings given to such terms in the Agreement.
