This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Julius Baer Global Equity Fund, Inc., (the “Company”) a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland, and JULIUS BAER INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Adviser”), as of May 1, 2006, as amended December 19, 2007.
