This AMENDMENT NO. 1, dated December 19, 2022 (this “Amendment”), is to the SALE AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, dated as of January 31, 2022 (the “Sale and Servicing Agreement”), among TOYOTA AUTO RECEIVABLES 2022‑A OWNER TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust, as issuer (the “Issuer”), TOYOTA AUTO FINANCE RECEIVABLES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as seller (the “Seller”), and TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT CORPORATION, a California corporation, as servicer (the “Servicer”).
