THE AGREEMENT was made and entered into as of September 21, 2011, (the “Effective Date”), by and between Callon Petroleum Company, a Delaware corporation (together with its subsidiaries, “Callon”) and Gary A. Newberry, as the current Senior Vice President, Operations, (“Executive”). Callon and Executive may be referred to individually herein as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
