THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of May 5, 2014, by and between INLAND REAL ESTATE CORPORATION, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Beth Sprecher Brooks (the “Executive”) but shall be effective, nunc pro tunc, as of January 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”).
