THIS FIFTH AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF FERRELLGAS PARTNERS, L.P., dated as of June 5, 2018, is entered into by and among Ferrellgas, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the General Partner, the Persons who are Limited Partners in the Partnership as of the date hereof and those Persons who become Partners in the Partnership or parties hereto as provided herein.
