Box 5301, Clinton, New Jersey 08809 (“Seller”), and UNITY BANCORP, INC., a banking institution organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, having an address at 64 Old Highway 22, Clinton, New Jersey 08809 (“Purchaser”).
