This Stock Purchase Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into as of August 17, 2016 by and between Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc., a Marshall Islands corporation (the "Buyer" or "AMPNI"), Dimitris Melisanidis ("DM") and Leskira Holdings Co. Limited, a Cypriot corporation controlled by DM ("Leskira"). DM and Leskira are sometimes referred to in this Agreement each as a "Seller" and collectively as the "Sellers".
