THIS AGREEMENT dated this 1st day of April 2016 by and between Diana Containerships Inc., a Marshall Islands company having its registered office at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960 (the "Company") and Diana Enterprises Inc., a Marshall Islands company having its registered office at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960 (the "Broker").

This AMENDMENT (the "Amendment") to that certain loan agreement dated as of May 20, 2013, as was amended on July 28, 2014 and further amended on September 9, 2015 and December 3, 2015 (the "Principal Loan Agreement"), is made on September 12, 2016.

Supplemental to a secured loan agreement dated 10 September 2015 (the "Loan Agreement") made between the Original Borrowers, the Original Guarantor, the Original Lender, the Arranger, the Agent, the Original Swap Provider and the Security Agent on the terms and subject to the conditions of which the Original Lender agreed to advance to the Borrowers of an aggregate amount not exceeding $148,000,000.
