THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by THE PANTRY, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”) and David Zodikoff (the “Employee”) and shall be effective as of January 13, 2014 (the “Effective Date”).
