This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 23th day of April, 2012, by and between Georgetown Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation with its principal office in Georgetown, Massachusetts (the “Company”), and Robert E. Balletto (“Executive”) and is effective as of the closing date of the initial public offering of the Company (the “Effective Date”). The Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) shall be the authority for the enforcement of this Agreement. Any reference herein to the “Bank” shall mean Georgetown Savings Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
