("CBI"), CHRISTOPHER & BANKS COMPANY, a Minnesota corporation ("CBCO" and together with CBI, the "Borrower"), WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, formerly known as Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association (the "Lender"), and CHRISTOPHER & BANKS CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, formerly known as Braun's Fashions Corporation (the "Guarantor").
