This agreement is entered into this 28th day of May, 2001 by and between Alcide Corporation, a Delaware corporation whose offices are located at 8561 154th Ave. N.E., Redmond, Washington, U.S.A. (hereinafter "Supplier") and SFAN LABORATOIRE whose offices are located in Rue des Rainettes, Ranes, FRANCE (hereinafter "Distributor"), and supersedes all previous agreements between the parties.
