THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made as of and effective on September 1, 2001, between Convergent Technology Group, Inc., a Washington corporation ("Convergent" or "Company") and Michael A. Sherry, an individual ("Employee"). This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between the parties relating to the matters discussed herein.
