discretion, choose a substitute source for the LIBOR Rate, as similar as possible to the LIBOR Rate, which substitute rate, plus the Margin, shall become effective at the beginning of the next Interest Period. If the Index becomes unavailable during the term of this Loan, Lender may designate a substitute index, as similar as possible to the LIBOR Rate, after notice to Borrower. The interest rate payable on this Loan is not necessarily the lowest rate charged by the Lender on its loans.
