Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of August 7, 2014 (the “Agreement”), by and among the persons set forth on the signature page hereto under the heading “Purchaser” (collectively, the “Purchaser”), the persons set forth on the signature pages hereto under the heading “Seller” (each, a “Seller” and, collectively, the “Sellers”) and Dennis J. This agreement may be executed simultaneously in any number of counterparts, all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
