THIS MASTER SERVICING AND TRUST AGREEMENT, dated as of October 1, 2007 (this “Agreement”), is hereby executed by and among GS MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Depositor”), CITIBANK, N.A.
