(“JPMorgan”), as syndication agent, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and ING CAPITAL LLC, as co-documentation agents, CITIGROUP GLOBAL MARKETS INC. and J.P. MORGAN SECURITIES INC., as joint lead arrangers and joint book managers, and CITIBANK, N.A.
