EMPLOYEE EMPLOYER RESTATED AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of September 1, 1997, by and between Delta & Pine Land Company, a Delaware corporation, with offices at One Cotton Row, Scott, Mississippi 38772 (hereinafter called the "Corporation") and W.
