THIS SETTLEMENT AND LICENSE AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made the 30th day of April, 2010, by and between OPTi INC. (hereinafter “OPTi”) a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and ADVANCED MICRO DEVICES, INC.
