FOR VALUE RECEIVED, BRENT F. HEFFRON, an individual residing in the State of Florida (the "Borrower"), hereby promises to pay to the order of STEWART ENTERPRISES, INC., a Louisiana corporation (the "Lender"), the principal sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 ($250,000.00) Dollars or such lesser amount as may constitute the unpaid principal amount advanced by Lender under the terms and conditions of this line of credit note (the "Line of Credit Note").
