This Separation Agreement and Release (this “Agreement and Release”) sets forth the parties’ agreement relating to the separation of employment of Laurie Van Brunt (“Employee”) from Chico’s FAS, Inc. or an Affiliate (“Company”). The effective date of Employee’s termination of employment from Company will be March 31, 2017 (the “Employment Termination Date”). All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Chico’s FAS, Inc. Officer Severance Plan (the “Plan”).
