THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective September 22, 2016 and amends and restates the Expense Limitation Agreement made by and between RBC Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series as listed on Schedule A (the “Fund”), and RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc., a Minnesota corporation (“RBC GAM (US)”), as amended from time to time.

THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into on October 21, 2016 and amends and restates the Expense Limitation Agreement made by and between RBC Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Company”), on behalf of each of its series and classes listed on the attached Schedule A, and RBC Capital Markets LLC (formerly RBC Capital Markets Corporation) (“RBC CM”), as amended and restated from time to time.
