This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 11th day of January, 2024 by and between LISTED FUNDS TRUST (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and CLOUGH CAPITAL PARTNERS, L.P.
