This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 6th day of February, 2024 by and between LISTED FUNDS TRUST (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and OT Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 7284 West Palmetto Park Road, Suite 303, Boca Raton, Florida 33496 (the “Adviser”).
