THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made as of the 17th day of October, 2022, by and between Trust for Advised Portfolios, a Delaware statutory trust (hereinafter called the “Trust”), on behalf of the series of the Trust listed on Schedule A (each a “Fund”), which may be amended from time to time, and Soundwatch Capital, LLC, a New York limited liability company (hereinafter called the “Adviser”).
