This AMENDED AND RESTATED OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 31st day of January, 2020, by and between Advisors Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (hereinafter called the “Trust”), on behalf of Chase Growth Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and Chase Investment Counsel Corporation, a Virginia corporation (the “Adviser”).
