This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 10th day of December 10, 2019 by and between LISTED FUNDS TRUST (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and Source Dividend Opportunity ETF, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 92 Newfield Drive, Stamford, Connecticut 06905 (the “Adviser”).
