This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 3rd day of October, 2019 by and among NATIONWIDE FUND ADVISORS, a Delaware business trust with its principal place of business at 10 West Nationwide Boulevard, Columbus, Ohio 43215 (the “Adviser”), ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS (the “Trust”), and HARVEST VOLATILITY MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 420 Lexington Avenue, Suite 2620, New York, New York 10170 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
