This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 15th day of August, 2019 by and between LISTED FUNDS TRUST (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and Liquid Strategies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 3550 Lenox Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30326 (the “Adviser”).
