THIS SECURITIES LENDING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of 1/22/19, 2019, by and between U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Bank”) and USA MUTUALS, on behalf of each respective series identified in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a pa1t hereof (each such series hereinafter referred to as a separate “Customer”).
