This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 1st day of April, 2019 by and among VIDENT ADVISORY, LLC (the “Adviser”) and VIDENT INVESTMENT ADVISORY, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”), each a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 1125 Sanctuary Parkway, Suite 515, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009, and ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust.

THIS AMENDMENT to the Custody Agreement is entered into as of the last date on the signature page, by and between ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association (the “Custodian”).
