THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made as of the 21st day of June, 2007, by and between Advisors Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (hereinafter called the “Trust”), on behalf of the following series of the Trust, Huber Capital Equity Income Fund and Huber Capital Small Cap Value Fund (each a “Fund” and together the “Funds”) and Huber Capital Management, ILC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter called the “Adviser”).
