THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 11th day of September, 2006, by and between GRANUM SERIES TRUST on behalf of GRANUM VALUE FUND, a series of the Granum Series Trust, organized as a statutory trust under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Trust”) and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBFS”).

THIS AMENDMENT dated as of the 13th day of March, 2006, to the Custodian Agreement, Fund Accounting Servicing Agreement, Fund Administration Servicing Agreement and Transfer Agent Servicing Agreement dated February 13, 1997, respectively, (the “Agreements”), is entered by and between Granum Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, (the “Trust”), U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBFS”), U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association (the “Custodian”).

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED ADDENDUM dated as of September 11, 2006, amends the Addendum dated July 24, 2002 to the Transfer Agent Agreement dated February 13, 1997 (the "Agreement") by and between U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC (the "Transfer Agent") and Granum Series Trust on behalf of its series (the "Trust") and Granum Securities, LLC, the Trust's affiliated co-distributor ("Distributor", and together with the Trust, "Granum").
