THIS SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made as of the 1st day of June 2007, among WT Mutual Fund, a Delaware business trust (the “Fund”), Rodney Square Management Corporation (the “Adviser”), a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Delaware and Dimensional Fund Advisors LP, a limited partnership organized under the laws of the state of Delaware (the “Sub-Adviser”).
